Welcome to our new section of the support site. Procurement Insights is intended to give you some pointers to allow you to use the existing reports in the Observatory, in ways you may not have considered, to gain some specific insights into your own procurement data.
Supplier Churn is the term commonly used to refer to the change of suppliers used by an organisation over time. This document will show you how to use the Observatory reports to analyse your data in order to identify which suppliers are new in a given period, or which past suppliers you haven't used.
Supplier ChurnWithin any organisational procurement / ERP system, ensuring that the supplier records are not duplicated is a continual challenge. In this document we provide you with some useful tips on how to review these duplicates. You may then wish to apply these to a clean-up of you own system.
